1. how do I receive my digital graphics after purchase?
After successful payment, the digital files are immediately available for download.
Access is via:
- the order confirmation page
- the download link in the confirmation e-mail
- the customer account (if created)
All products offered are digital content.
There is no physical dispatch.
2 How do customized graphics work?
Customized graphics are created specifically according to the customer's requirements.
The procedure is usually as follows:
- Description of the desired motif
- Coordination of style, format, resolution and type of use
- Digital design and professional elaboration
- Provision of the final files by download or e-mail
The processing time depends on the scope of the project.
A realistic time and cost estimate is made before the project begins.
3. In which file formats are the graphics provided?
Download products:
- JPG (High Resolution)
- PNG (High Resolution)
Individual design services (by arrangement):
- JPG, PNG
- TIFF or PDF (e.g. for printing applications)
Formats like SVG, EPS, PSD or open source files
are not part of download products
and are provided exclusively by individual agreement.
4. I haven't received an email – what can I do?

5. Can I return or cancel digital products?
Digital content is excluded from revocation in accordance with Section 356 (5) BGB,
as soon as the download has started and the customer has given his express prior consent,
that the execution of the contract is commenced before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Cancellation is only possible as long as:
- the download has not yet been started or
- the creation of individual graphics has not yet begun
6. How long does it take to process custom graphics?
The processing time depends on the scope and complexity:
- minor adjustments: approx. 1-3 working days
- larger projects: by individual arrangement
7. Can I download my files multiple times?
Yes, as long as there is access via the customer account or the order e-mail,
the files can be downloaded multiple times.
8. Am I allowed to use the acquired graphics commercially?
Yes, our download products usually include a commercial license,
unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description.
In particular, the following are not permitted:
- Passing on or reselling the files
- Upload to other stores, platforms or databases
- Use for the creation or training of AI systems
- Resale of modified versions as digital files
- Assertion of own authorship

9. what can I do if I cannot open a file?
Please check whether:
- the respective file format is supported by the device or program used
- the download has been fully completed
We naturally offer support in the event of technical problems.
10. Do you offer international sales?
Yes, all digital products can be ordered and downloaded worldwide.
